Define the boundaries
Specify requests that need you: custom quotes, discounts, contracts, outcome guarantees or missing information. The assistant should not infer authorization from a prospect’s interest alone.
Review first or allow replies
Review mode prepares a draft for approval. In automatic mode, eligible replies follow your rules, confidence threshold and chosen delays. Confidence is an estimate and does not replace testing the brief.
The alert and the conversation
An out-of-scope request can trigger human handoff and an email notification. Open the thread in campaign conversations, check messages and draft status, then provide the reply or missing information.
Improve the brief with real questions
If a question recurs, add an approved answer to your instructions. Check that it is accurate and reusable. Do not accidentally turn a commercial exception into a general rule.
