Replace the example

Open the file in your spreadsheet, replace the example row and add contacts you are authorized to use. Keep the headers and export as UTF-8 CSV. The example.com address is fictional: do not use this row in a real campaign.

Check before launch

After importing into the app, map columns and check a few rows. Downloading the template does not import data into your account or launch any email.
