A few things, clearly.
Do emails come from my own address?
Yes. Campaigns use the mailbox you connect. Your provider’s limits and policies still apply; adding mailboxes does not remove those limits.
What happens when someone replies?
The campaign can stop the contact’s follow-ups. Unsubscribes and permanent delivery failures stop future sends. With the AI option, response handling will also follow your approved brief and selected mode.
Can you guarantee that emails avoid spam?
No. Delivery depends on your domain and mailbox reputation, authentication, recipients and message relevance. The tool manages pacing and stops; it cannot guarantee inbox placement.
Can I connect Google or use purchased lists?
Google access must be authorized by the mailbox owner and, where required, the Workspace administrator. Google’s API policies prohibit unsolicited commercial mail. Buying a contact file does not establish recipient consent; your use must also respect your provider’s policies.
When can I activate AI replies?
AI response handling is in private beta. We are validating the model, conversation rules, human handoff and sending safeguards before opening the paid option.
