Private pilot terms

The current site presents a private pilot of Cold Email AI. Access to the pilot does not constitute a paid subscription, a delivery guarantee or a commitment to general availability. No subscription is charged through this website at this stage.
Authorized use
You must have the right to use each connected mailbox and the contact data you import. Campaigns must comply with applicable law and the email provider’s rules. Google API access may not be used to send unsolicited commercial mail, bypass account limits or evade anti-abuse measures. Purchasing contact data does not establish recipient consent.
Sending and tracking
You control the recipient list, content, sending schedule and stop options. A provider’s acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement or reading. Open and click events may be automated. Unsubscribe requests and permanent delivery failures stop future campaign sends.
AI pilot
AI replies are not publicly activated. Future activation will require an eligible paid option, an approved brief and explicit consent for AI processing. Assisted mode requires human review; autonomous mode must follow the brief and hand off unsupported questions. Automated sales, payment collection and file delivery are not promised by the present pilot.
Before paid activation
A commercial order will identify the final price, billing scope, payment terms, cancellation process and applicable sales terms before any payment is confirmed. Current indicative prices include tax and are denominated in euros.
