Understand email deliverability.

Authentication, relevance and feedback matter more than a “zero spam” promise.

Identify your sending domain

SPF identifies servers authorized to send for your domain. DKIM signs messages. DMARC checks alignment with the sender identity and defines handling of failures. Your email provider supplies the DNS values to publish.

Monitor feedback

Delivery failures, objections and complaints provide information about sending quality. Gradually increasing volume does not fix an unsuitable list or poor authentication.

Keep messages expected and identifiable

Use a clear sender, relevant content and a simple way to stop receiving messages. Match recipients to your offer and follow your provider’s rules.

What the tool can do

Cold Email AI organizes caps, hours, follow-ups and stops. It does not choose the recipient’s delivery folder or guarantee primary-inbox placement. Read the official Gmail sender guidelines for detailed technical requirements.
