Access to your mailboxes
You authorize the mailboxes you connect. Google permissions cover sending and the reading needed for campaign conversations. You can withdraw access with the provider. Authorization credentials are encrypted in the application database and are not included in browser code.
Data and connections
Public connections use HTTPS. The service checks access to each client’s data. AI processing uses relevant campaign context after separate activation and consent. Implemented measures are described in the privacy policy; this page is not an independent audit report.
Google verification status
The Google project’s branding is verified. Gmail sending and reading permissions are under review. Approval of this access and the CASA security assessment have not yet been obtained. We do not claim ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification.

Email contact@emaillist.ai with a description and reproduction steps without sensitive data. Do not access other people’s accounts or perform destructive tests. We can arrange an appropriate channel for confidential details.
