Prepare useful columns
A first name, company or relevant professional detail can come from your CSV. Import only information needed for your message and check the column mapping.
Insert fields from the editor
Use variables offered by the editor rather than guessing their names. Check the result with an accented first name and an incomplete row.
Plan for missing information
A sentence should remain readable when a field is missing. Complete the file or rephrase the message. Incorrect personalization can be less helpful than a simple, accurate introduction.
Check follow-ups too
Review A and B variants as well as later emails. The right recipient, a consistent sender and a coherent message matter more than the number of personalized fields.
