Guides

A good brief. More useful replies.

Tell it what to achieve and what it must never invent.

Start with the desired result

Choose a campaign goal: book meetings, make sales or identify opportunities. Explain who you are contacting and the next step you want them to take.

The essential information

  • Your company and offer in a few sentences.
  • Exact prices, if the assistant may share them.
  • The link to share at the right time.
  • Requests to hand over: discounts, contracts, guarantees or custom offers.

If a price is undefined, say so explicitly rather than leaving the assistant to infer it.

An example instruction

We are Example Studio. This campaign aims to start a conversation about our services. Reply briefly, ask a question if the need is unclear and suggest our booking link when the contact is interested. Do not promise prices or timelines missing from this information. Hand custom quote requests to us.

Fictional example to adapt. Do not add passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Test before automating

Start with review mode. Try a simple question, a pricing request and an out-of-scope request. Check tone, facts and human handoff before allowing automatic replies. A high confidence threshold does not replace this check.
