First contacts
The maximum new people per day counts contacts starting the sequence. A follow-up to someone already contacted is not a new first contact.
Total emails
The daily sending limit includes both first messages and follow-ups. For example, 25 new people and 50 emails per day leaves some volume for follow-ups. It does not promise exactly 25 new contacts every day.
Per mailbox
These limits apply per mailbox. With two available mailboxes, each has its own caps. Actual provider limits, other sends and account safeguards must also be considered.
A cap is not a required target
Allowed hours and days, available contacts and stopping events can reduce sends. Choose a pace suitable for your mailbox and monitor replies and errors before increasing it.
